Who finds their way here

Whilst there is no particular age or background for people who find their way here, what they often share is a disillusionment with their professional life or a sense of emptiness and a yearning for a more authentic life.

They may be stuck in a career that has made them deeply unhappy, or living with regret about choices made, or they came thinking they wanted a promotion and discovered something else mattered more

What you believe is happening in your life and what is actually happening are often not the same thing.

The Practice

Sometimes your very job becomes the place where transformation happens. Other times, following your deepest stirrings may mean leaving it behind.

The instinct is to look outward — for the answer, the next step, the person who can tell us what to do. Here we begin by turning inward — into a landscape that operates by a different logic, and has its own inhabitants.

What you find there may surprise you.

A session might find its way in through conversation, image, dream, or movement — through something you've made, a figure that keeps returning, a body sensation that won't be ignored, a silence that has something in it. The entry point is always what is most alive in that moment. What we follow is the process itself, with curiosity and without agenda.

As a guide I can be there with you — someone who has navigated this terrain and knows what is trying to happen.

What shifts in our time together may not be visible immediately. This is not a failure. It is the nature of this work.

I cannot genuinely know where this is going to take us.

And neither can you.

This is not therapy. It is accompaniment — for people who are fundamentally well and ready to listen to what their soul is asking of them.
